Quality policy
For Garbarini s.r.l. quality means precision and care for the product and reliability of the customer service; making Quality means, in other words, to constantly operate on all fronts to endlessly improve internal and external company processes, in order to offer service that meet customer’s expectations.
Garbarini’s General Direction objectives are:
- The maintenance of a Quality Management System according to the regulations of the rule UNI EN ISO 9001:2015;
- Commitment to compliance with the legislation and with applicable mandatory requirements
- To search for customer satisfaction in each company activity.
- Awareness and training of the entire Staff to the observance of Quality System regulations and all internal procedures.
- To improve working conditions; promote an environment capable of encouraging motivation, sense of belonging and team spirit;
- Maintenance of defined qualitative standards
- Continuous improvement activities based on Improvement Plan objectives
- Constant monitoring activities by management, using the analysis method based on the study of each corporate function and the analysis of the risks- opportunities
- Improvement of Quality System efficiency by internal check right execution, by preventive actions and by a review of the Quality System.
- Continuous improvement of Customer Service level with informational feed-backs in order to increase the ability to identify Customer’s expectations and to evaluate their satisfaction.
- To be attentive to respect the legal requirements regarding safety in the workplace and respect for the environment, with particular reference to climate change
With this specific aim, Garbarini Company have established a Quality Committee to which the persons responsible of the main corporate functions take part in order to share the same goals and the ways to reach them.
General Direction takes on also an active role in the Improvement Plan, stating company’s objectives and strategies, human and economic resources, hardly contributing to staff awareness and motivation for what concern the internal active and passive company safety.
The fulfillment, the maintenance and the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, also includes the participation and the collaboration of the entire company staff, in order to tune and formalize procedures, to rightly apply and control them, suggesting improvements and adjustments.
